Please bring your current passport or drivers' license and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Please also bring documentary proof of your PPSN. If you do not have these documents, please telephone one of our offices in advance of your visit.

NOMINATIONS
A nomination is a legal, instruction, signed by a member which tells the credit union who the beneficiary / beneficiaries of his or her credit union account is / are after death. A nomination is valid up to €23,000, can be made at age 16 and over, can be changed by the member at any time, can't be over-turned by a will, is cancelled by marriage and is free to members.
LIFE SAVINGS INSURANCE
Affinity Credit Union Limited pays life savings insurance (L.S.I.) on the lives of eligible members. This is a FREE-TO-MEMBERS Service, which is subject to Terms and Conditions.
LOAN PROTECTION INSURANCE
This insurance is provided to qualifying, eligible members, on a FREE-TO-MEMBERS basis subject to terms and conditions.
